We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Profile Information: Display name and any optional profile details you choose to provide.
• Content Data: Videos, images, and watermark configurations you upload or create.
• Sign-In Data: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your name and email address from those providers via Supabase Auth. We do not receive your Google or Apple passwords.
• YouTube OAuth Data: When you connect your YouTube account, we store an access token and basic channel info (name, ID, thumbnail) solely to enable publishing. We do not access your subscriber list, comments, analytics, or existing videos.
• Payment Information: Billing details are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card number on our servers.
• Usage Data: Log data, device information, and IP addresses collected automatically when you use the Service.

• Process transactions and send purchase confirmations
• Publish videos to YouTube on your behalf when using the scheduler
• Send notifications about theft detection, scan completions, and system alerts

• Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and illegal activities
• Comply with legal obligations

SeekMyContent supports sign-in via Google and Apple as a convenience. When you use these sign-in methods, we receive only your name and email address from those providers via Supabase Auth. We do not receive your passwords, and we do not access any other data from your Google or Apple accounts.

SeekMyContent uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We request only the minimum permissions required:

• youtube.upload — upload and manage video uploads on your behalf
• youtube.readonly — read your channel information for display

You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page or under Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service Providers: The SDKs and services listed above — all contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or valid public authority requests.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it. YouTube OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive tokens, and strict access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SeekMyContent is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data receives an adequate level of protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice such as an in-app notification or email.
