Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using SeekMyContent ("the App", "the Service") operated by seekmycontent.com ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

SeekMyContent provides digital watermarking, content protection, theft detection, and content scheduling tools for creators, including:

• Applying invisible and visible watermarks to video content
• Monitoring the web for unauthorized use of your watermarked content
• Scheduling and publishing videos to connected YouTube channels
• Managing copyright alerts and content protection workflows

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at legal@seekmycontent.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

When using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, your use is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly starting from the end of your trial period.
• Trial Period: At the end of your trial, your selected plan will begin billing unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact us within 14 days if you believe you were charged in error.
• In-App Purchases: Where subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store, billing is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not have access to your payment details for App Store purchases.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload your content
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or software that could damage our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Publish content that violates YouTube's community standards
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

When using the YouTube publishing features, you authorize SeekMyContent to upload videos to your channel on your behalf. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content published to YouTube via the Service
• All content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube, including removal of videos or account suspension
• You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account permissions or Settings → Connected Accounts

The Service integrates with the following third-party SDKs and platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms:

• RevenueCat (iOS in-app purchases) · Terms of Service
• Google Sign-In / YouTube Data API · Google Terms of Service
• Google Cloud Vision API · Google Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of seekmycontent.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without the prior written consent of seekmycontent.com.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKMYCONTENT.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Theft detection and watermark scanning features are provided on a best-effort basis and we cannot guarantee detection of all unauthorized uses.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEKMYCONTENT.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless seekmycontent.com and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Security. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and seekmycontent.com only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
